This machine is mainly used for testing the air tightness of the cell after pin sealing. It takes vacuum helium test method (Firstly, fill cells with a certain amount of helium, and detect the leakage of helium within a certain period of time to judge the air tightness of the cell). It automatically performs loading and unloading, helium detection, helium removing, helium recycling, NG cells extraction. All testing data are linked with barcode information then saved to industrial computer in time and uploaded to MES.
