This machine is used to perform the electrolyte filling process of prismatic cells. The basic principle is to speed up the electrolyte infiltration via positive pressure and vacuum to improve the electrolyte filling efficiency. It loads cells from the previous conveyor, scan the code information, performs the Hi-pot test, and weighs the cells before filling. When the electrolyte filling via pressure recycling is done, it performs the stabilizing process with defined time, and release the fixtures, weighs the cell and scans the code information again, cleans the injection hole and presses the formation pin. During all processes, all NG cells will be moved to NG buffer belt. And all data will be saved automatically with traceability function.
