The machine is designed to fill electrolyte automatically for prismatic aluminum case cells. It performs automatic barcode scanning, automatic loading, automatic electrolyte filling, automatic weighting before & after filling, helium filling, NG cells extraction, pin feeding by vibration plate, pin pre-pressing, vacuum sealing and pin height detecting, automatic cleaning, automatic unloading by manipulator etc. It also has the function of automatic process flow control, historical date searching, key parameter monitoring, alarm tracebility, and safety control. The barcode on top cover will be scanned and linked to cell information, vacuum data, weighing data and filling data. And all these information can be saved to industrial computer and uploaded to MES automatically.
