This machine is used for lithium prismatic cells to automatically perform processes including dust removal, L-shaped tape pasting, automatic wrapping, side folding, top & bottom folding, insulation film cutting, insulation test, dimension measurement, DMC code printing, voltage test etc. The machine adopts "U" type wrapping: First paste L-type tape, then wrap the bottom side with film and the two major surfaces of the cell at the same time, after that, cut insulation film, and fold top side, etc. Besides, the machine is also compatible with the "Circle" type film wrapping. The feeding module, wrapping module, top and bottom edge wrapping module are compatible as well (only need to replace some fixtures).
