This fully automated machine is used for prismatic cell cleaning, aluminum shell appearance inspection, film wrapping, top and bottom folding, top cover insulation sheet pasting, weighing, DMC coding, dimension measurement, insulation test, etc. The measurement of width and height is to measure the width, height and shoulder height of the cell with a precision displacement sensor. As for the thickness measurement insulation test, firstly the mechanism is used to press the large surface of the cell, then test the dimension and insulation of the cell under certain pressure. Besides, it can also paste code to certain area and scan to verify the code readability as per the requirements of MES and different models.
